How much do trips typically cost?

Costs vary by destination, length, and travel. Each trip's page lists its total cost, which typically covers flights, lodging, meals, in-country transportation, and travel insurance.

Can I fundraise?

Yes! Many people fundraise part or all of their trip cost. Once you're accepted onto a trip, we'll give you everything you need to invite friends and family to support you.

Are trips open to families?

Some trips are a great fit for families and some are not, depending on the destination and the work involved. Each trip listing will note whether families are welcome.

Are there age requirements?

Most trips are open to adults 18 and older. Some trips welcome students when accompanied by a parent or guardian. Age requirements are listed on each trip.

What does the application process look like?

Start by registering through the trip's sign-up link. Our team will follow up with a short application and conversation to make sure the trip is a good fit for you.

What training is required?

Every team meets several times before departure to prepare spiritually and practically, learn about the culture and our ministry partners, and build relationships as a team. Attendance at these meetings is required.

What happens if a trip is full?

Fill out the trip updates form and we'll let you know if a spot opens up or when the next opportunity is available.
