Our bodies matter to God, and the way we care for them can shape how we love, serve, and follow Jesus. True health is not about perfection, but about faithfully caring for what God has entrusted to us while keeping our hearts centered on Him.

“Don’t you realize that your bodies are actually parts of Christ? Should a man take his body, which is part of Christ, and join it to a prostitute? Never!"
DISCUSS: How does seeing your body as a part of Christ change the way you think about how you care for and use your body?

DISCUSS: What makes it difficult for you to slow down, rest, or say no, and what might it look like to follow Jesus’ example of embracing healthy limits?

Jesus, thank You for entrusting our bodies and lives to us. Help us care for our bodies, respect our limits, care for our souls, and keep our health in its proper place. Give us wisdom to follow You faithfully and use our lives to love and serve You and others. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
