The gospel has always been for all people—but in Acts 10, we see a निर्णस turning point where that truth becomes unmistakably clear. God is pursuing people, preparing hearts, and bringing them together so that His family would include every nation, every background, and every story.

REVIEW: God is working on Cornelius.

READ: Revelation 3:20 –
“Look! I stand at the door and knock. If you hear my voice and open the door, I will come in, and we will share a meal together as friends.”

DISCUSS: How have you seen God working in someone’s life before they fully knew Him? Who in your life might already be spiritually open right now?

REVIEW: God is working on Peter.

READ: Matthew 9:36–38 –
“When he saw the crowds, he had compassion on them because they were confused and helpless, like sheep without a shepherd. He said to his disciples, “The harvest is great, but the workers are few. So pray to the Lord who is in charge of the harvest; ask him to send more workers into his fields.”

DISCUSS: What are some things that can blind us to the people God wants to reach? Where might God be challenging your assumptions or expanding your vision?

REVIEW: God schedules a meeting.

READ: Matthew 28:19 –
“Therefore, go and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit.”

DISCUSS: When have you experienced a “divine appointment” where God brought someone into your life at the right time? How can you be more intentional about living on mission where God has placed you?

REVIEW: God validates His purpose by His presence.

READ: Ephesians 2:13–14 –
But now you have been united with Christ Jesus. Once you were far away from God, but now you have been brought near to him through the blood of Christ. For Christ himself has brought peace to us. He united Jews and Gentiles into one people when, in his own body on the cross, he broke down the wall of hostility that separated us.

DISCUSS: How does the gospel break down barriers between people? What does it look like for us to truly live as one family in Christ?

ASK

Who in your life is God already working on—and how might He be inviting you to step into that story?

PRAY

Jesus, thank You that the gospel is for everyone and that You pursued us when we were far from You. Open our eyes to see the people around us, give us courage to step into divine moments, and unite us as one family in You. Use our lives to help others encounter Your grace. Amen.

INVITATION TO RESPOND

This week, take a step toward living on mission:

  • Notice who God is already working on: Pay attention to people who are asking questions or open spiritually.
  • Pray for specific people: Ask God to open doors and give you boldness.
  • Engage intentionally: Start a conversation, show genuine interest, and look for ways to serve.
  • Extend an invitation: Invite someone to church, a group, or a conversation about faith.
  • Fight for unity: Build relationships with people who are different from you and reflect the family of God.

Jesus is for everyone—and He wants to use you to help others discover that truth.
